Anyone who has completed the 4-day REAL Conflict Coach training, or the Conflict Coaching Fundamentals online program through The Conflict Management Academy.
You can apply for accreditation at any time after completing your training.
Once you apply for accreditation, you will be registered for our accreditation course, which will provide you with all the information and processes for completing the process. You will be required to submit a video of a coaching session and a reflective piece of writing about the session.
If you complete the assessment but are not deemed to be competent at this time, you will be given an opportunity to re-sit the assessment for a reduced fee. An additional fee will be payable, however, to compensate our assessors for their time reviewing your submission.
