REAL Conflict Coaching Accreditation

Accreditation as a REAL Conflict Coach is available to people who have successfully completed the Conflict Coaching Fundamentals Training (either face-to-face or online). The accreditation involves providing a video recording of a conflict coaching session you complete using the REAL Conflict Coaching System, and answers to some reflective questions about your coaching performance. Your video and reflection will be assessed by our certified examiners who will determine whether you are competent to be awarded accreditation.
